These Booking Terms & Conditions govern all appointments, consultations, collaborations, home theater sessions, gaming room design meetings, and partnership bookings scheduled through Gamer Fresh (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking a session, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Scheduling

1.1 All bookings must be completed through our official website or approved booking platform.
1.2 Session confirmation is dependent on availability and successful submission of required information.
1.3 Gamer Fresh reserves the right to reschedule any appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, staffing adjustments, or technical issues. Clients will be notified as early as possible.

2. Payment & Fees

2.1 Certain booking types may require full payment or a deposit at the time of scheduling.
2.2 All fees listed are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings retain the price secured at time of payment.
2.3 Failure to submit required payments may result in cancellation of your session.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.1 Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without penalty.
3.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of deposit.
3.3 “No-show” appointments are fully chargeable and will not be refunded.
3.4 If Gamer Fresh must cancel a session, Clients will be offered a full refund (if applicable) or the option to reschedule at no cost.

4. Scope of Services

4.1 Booking sessions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Home theater design guidance

  • Gaming room setup consultation

  • Aesthetic or décor recommendations

  • Product or bundle guidance

  • Creator and brand collaboration meetings

  • Lifestyle build planning

  • Concept evaluations and partnership discussions

4.2 Gamer Fresh provides consultation and guidance but does not guarantee specific results, project outcomes, or client satisfaction related to decisions made outside of our professional recommendations.
4.3 Any on-site services performed (if offered) may require additional terms, agreements, or fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Clients must provide accurate information when booking, including contact details and session goals.
5.2 For design consultations, clients should provide photos, measurements, or other room details when requested to ensure accurate guidance.
5.3 Clients are responsible for submitting required materials before the session begins. Failure to do so may reduce the effectiveness of the consultation.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All ideas, concepts, designs, recommendations, strategies, visuals, and materials produced or shared by Gamer Fresh remain the intellectual property of Gamer Fresh unless otherwise agreed.
6.2 Clients may use consultation results for personal projects but may not distribute, sell, or represent them as their own professional work.

7. Partnerships & Collaborations

7.1 Booking a collaboration or partnership session does not guarantee approval for sponsorships, brand deals, or long-term agreements.
7.2 All partnerships are subject to eligibility checks, brand alignment review, and internal approval.

8. Liability & Limitations

8.1 Gamer Fresh is not responsible for physical damage, installation errors, product defects, or safety issues related to client-owned equipment or third-party services.
8.2 All guidance is advisory. Final implementation decisions are the sole responsibility of the Client.
8.3 Gamer Fresh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a consultation or service session.

9. Privacy & Data Handling

9.1 Information provided during booking is used solely for scheduling, communication, and service preparation.
9.2 Gamer Fresh does not share client data with third parties except as required to complete booked services or comply with legal obligations.

10. Policy Updates

10.1 Gamer Fresh may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
10.2 Continued use of our booking system constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms.
